Vanilla Bean Scones

A soft and sweet treat for brunch! Your whole kitchen will smell like a bakery.

Ingredients:

3c all purpose flour

1c granulated sugar

1/2c powdered sugar

1 1/2 tsp baking powder

1 tsp kosher salt

2 vanilla bean pods

2 large eggs


Split and scrape vanilla bean into a small bowl. Whisk eggs + 1/2 tsp salt + vanilla bean in a large bowl. In a separate bowl sift flour + 1/2 tsp salt + granulated sugar + powder sugar + baking powder. Slowly add dry ingredients to egg & vanilla mixture. Mix until smooth dough consistency. Roll and cut to desired shape & size.
