Pull Apart Bread



Ingredients:

1tbs instant dry yeast

1/2c warm water

3c all purpose flour

1 1/2c sugar

1/2 tsp salt

1 large egg










In a medium bowl mix warm water + sugar + yeast whisk until combined and let sit for 10 minutes. When your timer goes off, whisk in salt + flour. Then kneed dough and transfer to a generously oiled bowl. Let rise in the bowl covered with a kitchen towel until its doubled in size. Once doubled in size pinch off a small amount of dough and roll it into a ball, dip the dough ball in any herbs of your choice. Once your pan is filled with dough balls, egg wash them and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
