Handmade Basil Pasta

You will never buy box pasta again after tasting this recipe! Make it ahead and freeze it for weekly meal prep.


2 large eggs

1 egg yolk

4c flour

2tbs kosher salt


Mix 3c flour +salt + eggs until completely combined (I like to add chopped Genovese basil for flavor). Slowly add additional flour until dough is workable. Roll and cut dough to desired pasta shape. Immediately add to boiling water or store in the freezer to use later. Enjoy!
